Energy Law and Regulation
Since 2000, I have been developing a specialisation in legal and regulatory issues of the energy sector:
- initially as an in-house counsel with an energy company in Brussels
- since 2002 as an external legal advisor and/or as a litigation specialist in this field
- since 2020 as a Member of the Executive Board of a regional Swiss utility
- from 2007 – 2018 as former Vice-President of ElCom, the Swiss regulatory authority for the electricity sector
